tonight

tonight I ate poorly. 

I’m disappointed in myself, I’ve beaten myself up over it, and I am angry with myself.

But, tomorrow is a new day. I will have a day where I make mistakes, but the important thing is to start fresh with your next meal. I’ll run 5 miles in the gym tomorrow, not only to prepare more for my 10k on Sunday, but to mentally redeem myself for tonights lousy meal. 

4.23 miles in 49 min. 529 calories burned.

p.s I will never be one of those girls who goes to the gym, runs and hardly breaks a sweat. I sweat a shit load.

8 activity points earned today!!

Today was my first visit to my new gym with my boy. I was a tad shy to sweat it out in front of him and run as well..but I quickly got over it. It was fun! I never knew how much I would enjoy working out with a significant other. I was at 50% of my activity link when I left for the gym…and an hour later… 161% and 8 activity points earned!! Holla!

I am sick. My throat hurts, my head pounds and my nose runs…

I’m still going to stick to my half marathon training and do 3 miles on the treadmill manana. I gotta sick with it. I’m just going to go easy.

I’m down 5.8!!!!

Last weigh in I gained 3.2 pounds due to two baseball games, beers and some baseball game food and then this week I LOST 5.8! I know 3.2 of those pounds were from the gain…but STILL I am now at 155.6 the lowest I’ve been since I can remember.

second week of half marathon training and eats

Today was a 2 miler, 11:17 min pace for both. I felt faster today AND there will hills. I HATE hills, but hey! they help me with my lack of a butt so I’ll take it.

It’s one of those nights…

Where nothing seems to look good and everything is not fitting in the stomach areas. I need to start doing sit-ups every night!! I’m committing to losing my extra fat in the stomach area. I’ve had it forever, whenever I lose weight, I seem to lose it from everywhere else first, and my stomach last.

I need to brush this feeling off.
